Job Description:
How Will You Create Impact?
- Support the day-to-day business operations through deployment of these tasks
- Create/Update HTML pages within Adobe Experience Manager + Contentful
- Setting up targeted/personalized content within Adobe Target
- Sending out pushes communications to our users of our Mobile App
- Work collaboratively with different departments to deliver on business priorities
- Provide some technical guidance to business stakeholders
- Provide insight on marketing initiatives and best practices on content delivery
- Find opportunities to optimize tasks and automate work
- Ensure content accurately communicates and aligns to our AIR MILES Brand
- Ensure all appropriate quality control checks and accessibility requirements are met
- Work on major projects that are key to the AIR MILES Reward Program (AMRP) success
Let’s Talk About You
- Bachelor’s degree or college diploma in computer science, programming, or related program(s)
- Knowledge of Adobe Experience Manager and Adobe Target
- Solid and demonstrated knowledge of Photoshop, Dreamweaver, HTML, HTML5, CSS, Adobe Photoshop and Acrobat
- Experience publishing content within a Content Management System (ie. Contentful, ATG, etc) a strong asset
- Previous experience working in CSS and JavaScript an asset
- Ability to work as part of a multi-functional team and interact with other internal groups
- Proficient knowledge of MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint
