Lucky Core Industries (LCI), a top diversified industrial group in Pakistan, is looking for an active and growth-oriented Product Manager to work in its Animal Health Business, with the office location being Lahore. This position attracts those who are really into product strategy, market development, and giving animal health sector innovative solutions.

The firm is offering the role of Product Manager at LCI, whereby the hired person will be in charge of overseeing the entire product lifecycle from its inception through planning and market research to finally introducing it and executing it in the field. The person who will be taking this position will collaborate with different departments to maintain the availability of the product, ensure that all regulations are followed, and achieve good performance in the market.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute product strategy, product roadmaps, and annual marketing plans

• Conduct market intelligence activities, including farmer and veterinarian insights, competitor analysis, and trend tracking

• Plan and manage product launches, marketing campaigns, seminars, and field activities

• Collaborate with Supply Chain, Regulatory Affairs, QA/QC, and Manufacturing teams to ensure product readiness and compliance

• Monitor product performance and recommend improvements to drive growth

• Prepare analytical reports, presentations, and performance reviews for management

Skills & Competencies:

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

• Excellent presentation and stakeholder management abilities

• Proficiency in MS Excel and MS PowerPoint

• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to translate data into actionable insights
