Key Job Responsibilities:

• Demonstrate strong plant operations knowledge and hands-on on-site field experience.
• Monitor and control plant parameters via DCS, managing emergencies effectively on-site.
• Collaborate actively with maintenance teams for job planning and preventive measures to minimise breakdowns.
• Coordinate closely during breakdowns to reduce downtime and escalate issues when necessary.
• Build collaborative working relationships and drive team engagement.
• Take independent decisions regarding parameter deviations and equipment issues.

Key Skills:

• Expertise in operations management and troubleshooting.
• Strong planning, organising, and communication skills.
• Excellent interpersonal, presentation, and MS Office skills.

Job Specific Skills:

• In-depth understanding of process plant operations.
• Knowledge of work instructions, SOPs, ISO standards, and engineering components.
• Strong leadership and management capabilities.
