We are seeking an experienced Maintenance Engineer to join our team. The Maintenance Engineer will be responsible for ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of our production equipment, facilities, and machinery. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in maintenance engineering, experience with complex machinery and systems, and excellent problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct preventive and corrective maintenance of production equipment, facilities, and machinery, ensuring maximum availability and uptime
• Troubleshoot and diagnose equipment and system malfunctions, using diagnostic tools and techniques to identify and resolve issues
• Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, including work orders, maintenance logs, and equipment service reports
• Develop and implement maintenance schedules and procedures, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and industry best practices
• Work with cross-functional teams, including production, quality control, and engineering, to identify and resolve maintenance-related issues that impact production and quality
• Develop and maintain relationships with vendors and suppliers, managing maintenance contracts and sourcing replacement parts and equipment as necessary
• Identify opportunities for equipment and system improvements, upgra

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Industrial Engineering, or a related field
• 2 – 15 years of experience in maintenance engineering, with a background in complex machinery and systems
• Strong knowledge of electrical, mechanical, and pneumatic systems, with experience in troubleshooting and repair
• Familiarity with safety regulations and procedures, including OSHA and EPA standards
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to diagnose and resolve complex maintenance issues
• Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and vendors
• Familiarity with computerized maintenance management systems (CMMS) and other maintenance software tools
