1- Maintenance Supervisor
Job: Full Time
Location: Dubai, UAE

Description:

Under the general supervision of Maintenance Manager and within assignments allocated daily by Maintenance Superintendent, the incumbent contributes to the Provision of maintenance service to those related to the company equipment at Retail and Consumer sites. Provide necessary training and guidance to Technicians for carrying out their jobs and supervise their day to day work. Controlling spares movement in stores and ensuring adequate stock to meet maintenance requirements.

Job Responsibilities:

• Repair Service – Provides effective and timely service to retail & Consumer sites by daily deployment of company crew based on complaints received from different sources. Job Involves Assigning of complaints as per priority to ensure that operations are restored with minimum downtime.
• Develop Preventive Maintenance scope and schedule to ensure the assets are maintained as per the Manufacturers recommendations and industrial practices.
• Preparing documents for issue of spares and capital items from warehouse. Overview of the periodical re-order reports of spares and prepare inquiries for stores and spares to meet the needs of uninterrupted Maintenance activities.
• Receiving spares and checking against purchase orders to ensure the quality and quantity.
