Job Responsibilities:
- Regularly review plans ensuring pre-season changes in product or shop performance or space are incorporated (commercial plan, store/ country reforecast).
- Plan collection’s clearance and end of season markdown for achievement of sell through to be in line with the margin expectations of the business.
- Create hindsight reports highlight performance against plan by producing a weekly sales, stock and intake summary (WSSI), future in season sales, mark downs, intake and stock and communicate any risks to profit or stock targets to Senior Management where necessary.
- Analyze impact on margins and top line sales growth expectations due to promotions.
Job Requirements:
- Graduate degree in a related field preferably Business or Finance
- 3-5 years in a Planner role
- Solid understanding of Retail Financial measurements including sales, gross margin, inventory turn etc.
- Experience in a Retail environment is mandatory
