Responsibilities:
- Transporting the IFZA Chairman, clients, or employees at the time and place specified as per instructions
- Ensuring a safe and comfortable journey for passengers
- Handling daily document collection and deliveries, ensuring highest level of safety and confidentiality
- Assisting with various job-related tasks assigned by Office Manager and Personal Assistant
- Mapping out driving routes ahead of time with the help of navigation applications/GPS devices to determine the best route
- Staying up to date on road conditions
- Maintaining the interior and exterior cleanliness and presentation of the IFZA car fleet in a timely manner
- Scheduling regular car service appointments and report any issues
- Assisting with loading and unloading any heavy packages and luggage
- Availability to occasionally take weekend and night shifts
- Performing other job-related duties as assigned by Management
Requirements:
- Full English proficiency is required
- Additional foreign languages are an advantage
- Excellent organization, communication, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to maintain professionalism in stressful driving situations
- Valid UAE driver’s license
- A clean driving record (no traffic violations)
