Main Duties
- Provides courteous and professional service at all times.
- Overlooks the weekly duty rosters of all departments, all managers and monthly attendance sheet, as well as annual vacation plan for Front of House colleagues.
- Attends the daily handover briefings of each department and assists in the daily operation of each department, ensuring to always be a leading example showing excellent customer service skills & professionalism.
- Carry out annual performance appraisals for managers & ensure all colleagues in the Front of House departments are receiving their appraisal on time via their manager.
- Ensure each department is holding a mandatory monthly communication meeting.
- Be an ambassador of the Al Naseem Front of House team in all Jumeirah sponsored meetings & events (including internal Madinat Jumeirah meetings, functions).
- Additional tasks or projects given by the Front Office Manager or Director of Rooms.
About You
The ideal candidate for this position will have the following experience and qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree from Business Hospitality.
- Excellent Opera Knowledge.
- At least 2 years Assistant Front Office experience in a 5 star hotel with a minimum of 200 rooms.
- Knowledge of Opera.
