Description:

The creative manager is a super-experienced designer and art director. Being a close creative partner to the Creative Director, he/she will be a core part of the development and design of the talabat brand.

Job Responsibilities:

• Works closely in collaboration with the Creative Director and broader brand team.
• Produces art layouts by developing high-level brand and design concepts.
• Manages, directs art and design. Reviews and gives feedback – drives the creative vision through copy and design. Ensures designers have the knowledge and tools they need.
• Trains, assigns, schedules, and coaches designers.
• Meets brand creative department’s work standards by following production, productivity, quality, and stakeholder service standards.
• Proactively resolves operational challenges and identifies work process improvements.
• Meets brand creative department’s cost standards by monitoring expenses and implementing cost-saving actions.

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in art, fine arts or design
• 5 years + of experience as an art director or creative director
• 3 years within an agency or tech environment preferred
