Job Responsibilities:
- Evaluate, recommend, and lead the implementation of new payment options/solutions from business case through to go-live to increase sales from assigned/evolving markets
- Regularly monitor sales campaign performance, sales KPIs and dashboards (based on revenues and targets) to identify areas of improvement, new initiatives and propose corrective actions.
- Ensure etihad.com websites for assigned region/markets (local language and English language) are refreshed with appropriate offer, policy and pricing content at all times.
- Work with HQ Marketing teams to ensure etihad.com sales activity is supported appropriately (e.g., onsite content, SEO/SEM, social media marketing, email & affiliate marketing, digital display, other media)
Job Requirements:
- Minimum of 3 years of experience within relevant field (Airline/Aviation Digital Sales, Digital agency, OTA, e-commerce B2C). Ideally with airline industry background, if not at least with travel industry.
- Experience in evaluating, leading and implementing new payment solutions
- Strong data & analytical skills, with proven working experience using digital analysis tools (Adobe/Google Analytics).
- Proven experience in interacting with multiple stakeholders within a multinational enterprise, with strong communication and interpersonal skills to support effective working relationships at all levels
