Job Responsibilities:

• The successful candidate will have a proven track record in creating and executing Global Policy frameworks, ideally within the financial services sector;
• They will ensure that in-scope RCS Policies and Standards are maintained and embedded in accordance with the our Global Standards framework. This applies centrally and in countries as well;
• Support that in-scope Policies and Standards are in accordance with the Regulatory requirements and that the gap analysis is refreshed regularly;
• Work closely with the Regional Compliance offices, Payments Risk, Assurance, Governance and AML Program teams to ensure that policy related controls are embedded in the processes and are being assured through the Global Standards framework;

Job Requirements:

• 5+ years of experience in banking, payments and/or e-commerce companies within the Central Policy team in the, MENA region, UK and/or the EU;
• Compliance and Risk experience, including knowledge of governance frameworks;
• Proven experience in drafting Global Policies while advising on the creation of regional addendums;
• Advise, supervising, interpreting and communicating complex Regulations to a diverse audience;
• Demonstrable experience of influencing stakeholders and senior stakeholders;
