Job Responsibilities:
- Establish relationships with the business and contribute proactively to business unit plans.
- Communicate annual overall HR calendar of HR programs & activities so the business can plan accordingly.
- Responsible for leading the annual manpower and recruitment plan with the business and finance
- Accountable for the cost effective implementation of the recruitment plan within SLA
Job Requirements:
- Minimum University Graduate (Masters Degree preferred) in HR or related discipline
- Required 7-10 years of HR experience, including at least 2 years in a business partner role
- HR Generalist with strong experience in managing recruitment processes
