What’s On Our Plate

  • Optimize upstream strategy to drive acquisition productivity for the team
  • Developing strategies and SOPs to ensure smooth operations across all acquisition teams
  • Develop strategies, playbooks and dashboards to strengthen and train the team
  • Lead and manage the performance for the sales executives driving efficiency and productivity
  • Building innovative solutions to channel more leads to the sales organization
  • Identifying and solving gaps in the sales funnel – pipeline management alongside the acquisition performance team
  • Working with global teams to identify and implement best practices
  • Optimizing dashboards and reporting to create high visibility across the lead funnel
  • Develop product lead solutions and drive automation in the lead and pipeline management funnel

What We Ordered

  • 3-5 years experience
  • Having 2+ years of inside sales strategy (preferred)
  • Eager to learn and able to develop skills on an as-needed basis
  • Ability to work in a self-directed, fast-paced & results-oriented work environment.
  • Strong analytical mindset, using data to substantiate business cases and strategic conclusions.
  • Exhibit a strong track record of on-time project delivery for large, cross-functional projects, preferably in mobile platforms or E-commerce domains.
  • Demonstrate excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to present complex technical information in a clear and concise manner to a variety of audiences including executives and non-technical leaders
  • Show a capability to create a strong business and technical vision and drive a team towards that vision.
