Job Responsibilities:
- Define the innovation strategy and continuously mature Emirates Group Innovation ecosystem including Aviation XLabs, Intelak and Innovation at Scale and oversee respective program construct to deliver value as per program cadences for Emirates Group and our partners.
- Understand Emirates Group business strategy, key drivers, and direction to constantly seek and suggest areas of improvement through effective use of innovative solutions.
- Develop and maintain close and effective working relationship with key stakeholders internally and externally.
- Transform Emirates into the leading technology organisation in the region and becoming the leader in innovation in travel.
Job Requirements:
- Degree or Honours (12+3 or equivalent)
- Information Technology.Other 10+ Years
- A strong experience background in IT Innovation, delivery to business needs and an overall view of technologies.
- Extensive knowledge of Innovation practices Relationship Management, Project Management, Software delivery methods & tools Software Development, Process improvement., Executive Stakeholder Management, Strategic Thinking, Growth Mindset, Problem Solving.
