Working on advisory and consulting to governments and private organizations on strategy, analytics, coaching and capability building in the fields of economic development, strategy and advanced modeling including but not limited to:

Responsibilities:

• Lead project modules and manage deliverables with strong execution for guaranteed and consistent high-quality delivery.
• Develop detailed project plans to track progress with clear identification and management of team composition required at different milestones.
• Establish strong relationships with both existing and new clients to ensure project scope is met.
• Leverage relationships at project-level to fine-tune understanding of client needs and in turn identify new business opportunities. Plan and coordinate contributions of team members and colleagues to help transform opportunities into leads and proposals.
• Manage both internal and external stakeholders. Credibly convey deadlines and negotiate with client when appropriate to maintain trust in delivery.
• Dive into subjects with ease, communicate clear research methodology to team, understand key determinants and produce innovative insights.
• Define expected analytical outputs, ensure full quality control with the ability to turn team analysis into convincing storylines.
• Stay up to date with latest policy and business trends, translating into innovative insights at project level.
• Drive and encourage a healthy and collaborative team environment, focus on team wellbeing, and aim to continuously improve ways of working.
• Mentor, guide and coach colleagues, driving performance through the sharing of knowledge and areas of expertise.
