Job Responsibilities

• Manage the calendar of the festival to ensure that all activities are up to date and delivered
• Develop content and overseas the development of the content developed by others to ensure quality and alignment to the Youth’s Festival messaging
• Identify partners who can deliver programming in the festival
• Conduct effective stakeholder management both of internal (Expo) and external stakeholders who will take part of the festival
• Ensure that events delivered (in terms of logistics and operations) adhere to the defined standards of Expo City Dubai

Job Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent experience) in engineering and technology
• Stellar communication skills with the ability to communicate effectively across various stakeholder groups.
• Proven ability to learn new content and acquire new skills at a rapid rate.
• Reliable, pro-active, energetic team player.
• The ability to communicate in both Arabic and English
