The SLA Executive is going to be in charge of the administration and supervision of Service Level Agreements, plus the liaison with customers and internal units, and the problem solving that is timely in the end to raising the whole client’s contentment. It is a position that demands the applicant possessing very good organizational skills, excellent communicational abilities, and the service management that is always on the proactive side.
Key Responsibilities:

Manage and monitor Service Level Agreements (SLAs) to ensure compliance with contractual obligations

Act as a point of contact for clients regarding SLA-related queries and issues

Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely resolution of service delivery issues

Track, report, and analyze SLA performance metrics to identify trends and improvement areas

Prepare regular reports for management on SLA adherence and client satisfaction

Support initiatives to enhance client experience and operational efficiency
Requirements & Skills:

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Management, or a related field

Previous experience in SLA management, client services, or operations is preferred

Strong organizational and analytical skills

Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Ability to manage multiple priorities and work in a fast-paced environment
