Shift Engineer (Production)

We are seeking energetic, dynamic and results-driven professionals to oversee cement manufacturing operations at our Plant Site, Mianwali.

Requisite Qualification & Experience:

• B.E./B.Sc. in Chemical Engineering with 7–8 years of experience in a reputable dry-process cement plant (FLSmidth, Polysius, Sinoma, or equivalent system).
• Supervise and control all production sections — kiln, Alternative Fuel, raw mill, coal mill and cement mills — to achieve daily output, quality, and efficiency objectives.
• Monitor process parameters through CCR (DCS system) and ensure stable operation through proactive adjustments and corrective actions.
• Lead troubleshooting efforts for process and equipment issues in coordination with Maintenance, Electrical, and RCM departments.
• Identify opportunities for process optimization, fuel and power reduction, and productivity enhancement.
• Manage, guide, and evaluate the performance of CCR operators and field staff, ensuring operational discipline and skill development.
