Assist in developing company’s Market Intelligence System to support areas & product groups with required market research; Establish and maintain the data in a CRM or other group network tool;
Design and implement appropriate software tools to database and access data, in collaboration with IT.
Ensure regular collection and capture of data from the various sources (technicians, sales executives, online…) ensuring data integrity and accuracy. Conduct direct checks where appropriate.
Design and publish regular market intelligent reports.
Gather information on competitors, and conduct analysis on their sales, prices and methods of distribution and marketing activities to learn about the competition.
Conduct market research for buyer behavior insights and market dynamics.
Assist managers in developing competitive offerings, financials, pricing and marketing positioning.
Attend trade shows and business intelligence events to collect competitor’s data.
Post regular customer tyre performance updates on CRM system.
