Job Responsibilities:
- Build and improve the go-to-market strategy in this key market
- Accountable for a P&L focused on profitable growth
- Build a highly capable direct sales team and create a channel partner eco-system to execute the strategy
- Management of team – hiring, engaging, retaining and growing talent
- Holding team accountable for results through timely execution of sales methodologies
- Drive sales and business growth to highly respected major enterprises
- Overall P&L accountability for all aspects of the geography, operating in a matrix structure that grants a high level of autonomy and accountability
- Define the strategy and Go To Market execution of cross-portfolio sales
- Establish and uphold a high motivation culture across the market unit

- An innate ability to build highly inclusive working cultures, steering high-performing, multi-disciplinary matrix teams from across the region and the wider IFS community to properly qualify, contend and win
- Demonstrated success of meeting and overdelivering targets in growth-oriented companies
- Strong progression within their career in sales and customer development demonstrating long-term customer relationships with an emphasis on lifetime customer value
- Resilience and a naturally positive attitude, self-assurance
- Solution Selling background in complex deals
- Existing network within key partners and strategic customers
- Consistent, predictable forecasts and reliable P&L ownership
- A robust and logical approach to identify significant revenue streams upsides through the implementation of new market penetration, acquisition/onboarding and customer retention activities.
