We are looking for a talented Marketing Communications Coordinator to lead on our CRM & support our marketing team with product launches, events, and other initiatives. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and executing product marketing strategies, managing our CRM system, and planning and coordinating events to promote our brand and products.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute product marketing strategies, including product launches, promotional campaigns, and other initiatives to drive sales and revenue.
• Manage and maintain the company’s CRM system, ensuring customer data is up-to-date and accurate.
• Plan and coordinate events, including webinars, trade shows, and other customer-facing events, to promote our brand and products.
• Collaborate with product managers and other internal stakeholders to gather information and develop messaging for product launches and marketing initiatives.
• Create marketing collateral, such as product data sheets, case studies, and presentations, to support sales and marketing efforts.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications or a related field.
• 3+ years of experience in product marketing, event planning or CRM management.
• Strong understanding of product marketing strategies and tactics, with experience launching new products and managing promotional campaigns.
• Experience managing a CRM system, preferably HubSpot.
• Demonstrated ability to plan and execute successful events, including webinars, trade shows, and other
