Objectives of this Role

• Coordinate with designers and content specialist to build social media pages, websites and develop content
• Lead the development of our marketing plans working closely with clients, management, creative and content teams, and distribution partners, to create an effective and efficient marketing strategy focused on growing audiences for our products
• Spearhead the strategic and tactical execution of marketing campaigns including sales promotion and brand building
• Manage conception, development, and implementation of marketing plan and strategies, product concepts, and promotional programs to drive interest and sales
• Drive sales campaigns digital and traditional
• Basic copywrite
• Coordinate with suppliers to implement their marketing strategies
• Coordinate with advertisement companies to implement traditional marketing tools like give away items, signboards, billboards etc.
• Establish marketing department within the organization
• Work with the management to build and implement traditional and digital marketing plans
• Understand key marketing performance metrics and tracking tools to provide market research, forecasts, competitive analysis, campaign results and consumer trends
• Attend and/or participate at conventions, conferences, and trade shows across the world and providing post-event reports and analysis
• Hold regular meetings with the team to ensure marketing goals and plans are in line with the management’s standards

Skills and Qualifications

• Excellent leadership, communication, and decision-making skills
• Experience with digital and print marketing, content marketing, and social media marketing
• Proven ability to plan and manage budgets
• Successful track record in marketing roles and with marketing campaigns experience
