Assist the Marketing Director in the implementation of the marketing-sales plan and strategy in order to maximize business and revenue.

Responsibilities:

• Delivering outbound marketing campaigns.
• Control and monitor marketing campaign finances to ensure effective budgeting and cost control
• Develop innovative and high-quality marketing plans for each conference across email, web, and social media channels
• Manage structured campaign schedules and create first-class marketing communications collateral
• Advise the database team on strategic data requirements and adapt campaigns to market responses
• Initiate relevant strategic partnerships for each campaign with key industry associations and media
• Work closely with the sponsorship team and Web and production teams to create vendor inquiry campaigns and to update event Web sites

Requirements:

• Formal qualification in a business, and or marketing management.
• Interested candidates should have Minimum 2 – 3 years exp in Marketing.
• Must possess excellent communication skills.
• Digital Marketing Experience is a must.
• Good level of competency in EBMS, Microsoft Office applications. and Lotus Notes: Word (including mail merge), Excel, PowerPoint, Web browsing.
• Additional software desirable: Access, Vision.
