Job Responsibilities:
- Assists the Director of Marketing and Communications in maintaining an implementing an effective filing & administrative system for all matters related to sponsorship and event organization.
- Identifies and maintain a general database of potential sponsors for all events and target specific ones related to each event separately
- Keen negotiating skills to handle potential sponsors and ultimately close advantageous arrangements.
- Self motivator and outgoing enabling to socialize and meet with potential sponsors and clients.
Job Requirements:
- Fluency in verbal and written English is essential – an additional language eg Arabic would be an advantage
- Must be a highly capable user of Microsoft office programme including Excel, Word, PowerPoint and Outlook.
- Minimum 2-years experience with the same role in a 5 star hotel
