What you’ll actually do (besides drinking too much coffee):
– You’ll own the whole marketing game plan—think big-picture stuff and the nitty-gritty details, all lined up with the company’s wild ambitions.
– Run the show on all things brand and product—digital campaigns, content, SEO, lead gen, the works. If it’s marketing, it’s on your plate.
– Steer our presence at exhibitions and events (yes, the F1 replica shindigs and those Build360 panels), plus whatever else gets people talking about us.
– Roll out the red carpet for new launches—like the Gulf-O-Flex Ultra (fancy, right?) and our shiny new AI-powered Gulf-O-Bot platform.
– Keep our socials buzzing, the website fresh, and all our digital tools looking sharp—basically, make us impossible to ignore online.
– Juggle ads, PR, media buys—locally and worldwide. We want eyeballs everywhere.
– Be the brand police—nothing off-brand gets through on your watch.
What you gotta bring:
– Bachelor’s in Marketing, Business, or Comms. Got an MBA? Even better.
– 5+ years doing B2B or industrial marketing—bonus points if you’ve played in construction or MEP.
– Know your way around brand-building, content, and digital strategy like the back of your hand.
– Tools? You better be tight with Google Analytics, Meta Ads, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, CRM platforms, the usual suspects.
– Leadership chops and the ability to keep projects moving (herding cats, but with more spreadsheets).
– Killer English communication—writing, talking, all of it. Bonus if you can throw in some Arabic.
– Thrive in fast, sometimes chaotic, always growth-obsessed environments.
