You will:

• Develop and manage end to end project plans and ensure on-time delivery
• Lead cross functional team members to deliver projects on time
• Manage all aspects of multi-channel marketing initiatives across advertising, sponsorship, direct communications, social media, web content, and events
• Develop and manage content for various marketing pieces, including emails, web/ landing pages, articles, and other materials
• Understand content marketing and its role in driving engagement
• Analyze metrics and results from marketing programs and provide ROI reports to the Head of Marketing & Communication
• Maintains brand standards in all aspects of marketing projects
• Ensure consistency in marketing messaging and drives our key messages in an impactful way
• Define key results and success metrics for their program
• Develop and maintain external vendor relationships

Your Profile:

• Arabic speakers prefered
• Minimum Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or Management
• Strong organizational skills that reflect ability to perform and prioritize multiple tasks seamlessly with excellent attention to detail
• Very strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build relationships with stakeholders, including staff, board members, external partners and donors
• Expert level written and verbal communication skills
• Demonstrated proactive approaches to problem-solving and the ability to actively seek and propose solutions.
• Emotional maturity with the ability to exercise good judgement and tact in all interactions
• Highly resourceful team-player, with the ability to also be extremely effective independently
• Proven ability to handle confidential information with discretion, be adaptable to various competing demands, and demonstrate the highest level customer/client service and response
• Demonstrated ability to achieve high performance goals and meet deadlines in a fast paced environment
• Strong work tenure: 5- 10 years of experience supporting C-Level Executives, preferably in a fast paced global work environment
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, and Power Point), Adobe Acrobat, and Social Media web platforms.
• Maintains professional demeanour in the workplace and continues to prositively represent the brand outside of work.
