Industrial Engineer
(Lean & Transformation)

Master Group of Industries is seeking a passionate MTO / Trainee Industrial Engineer to join our Lean & Transformation team. This role will support continuous improvement and process optimization within our furniture manufacturing operations, focusing on driving efficiency, leading improvement initiatives, and collaborating with cross functional teams to ensure operational excellence.

Role Description:

Optimize manufacturing processes through lean practices and process improvements

Support and lead projects to enhance productivity and efficiency

Collaborate with production, supply chain, and QA/QC teams to resolve process bottlenecks

Conduct data analysis to evaluate performance and recommend corrective actions

Implement continuous improvement initiatives (Kaizen, 5S, Six Sigma tools) to reduce waste and improve quality

Monitor and track KPIs related to productivity, efficiency, and cost reduction

Contribute to building a culture of lean transformation across the organization

Qualification & Experience:

Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering or an equivalent qualification

Minimum Internship experience in manufacturing operations will be preferred
