Job Description Lead and manage end-to-end recruitment processes, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding. Support talent management initiatives and employee development programs. Assist in day-to-day HR operations and employee relations. Maintain HR databases, personnel files, and ensure compliance with company policies.

Position : MANAGER DEALER DEVELOPMENT
THE ROLE:
- Develop and expand the dealer network across assigned regions.
- Evaluate and onboard new dealerships based on business potential and strategic fit.
- Ensure dealerships meet operational and branding standards as per company guidelines.
- Provide continuous support and training to dealerships for improved performance and customer experience.
- Conduct regular audits and performance reviews of dealer operations.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (sales, marketing, after-sales) to support dealer growth.
REQUIREMENTS:
- MBA from a recognized and reputed business school.
- At least 10 years of relevant experience in dealer development or network expansion in the automotive or related industry.
- Strong understanding of dealership operations, business strategy, and compliance requirements.
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills.
- LOCATION: KARACHI.
