Asst. Production Managers Biscuits & Confectionery Location: Plant (Raiwind)

Role Overview

We are looking for a qualified and dynamic  Asst. Production Manager to oversee biscuit/confectionery manufacturing operations. The role is responsible for managing production processes, workforce, and equipment to ensure safe, efficient and high-quality output. The position also ensures compliance with company policies related to Safety, Health, Environment, Quality, and GMP.

• Plan, organize, and supervise daily biscuit/confectionery production to achieve quality, efficiency, and output targets.
  Ensure strict compliance with GMP, hygiene, and food safety & quality standards across all production lines.
  Monitor and control raw material consumption, packaging material (wrapper) wastage, and overall production efficiency.
  Drive continuous improvement and Kaizen automation initiatives to enhance productivity and process reliability.
• Implement plant optimization projects to improve performance and reduce operational costs.
• Lead, train, and motivate production teams to achieve manufacturing excellence and a culture of continuous improvement.

What we’re looking for

• B.Sc./B.E. in Food Technology or Chemical Engineering.
• 4-5 years in biscuit/confectionery or food manufacturing industry
• Strong understanding of production planning, process control, and quality systems (HACCP, ISO, FSSC 22000).
• Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
