Position : Management Trainee Officer – Internal Audit (Location – Raiwind)

Role Overview

The Management Trainee Officer (MTO) – Internal Audit will support the internal audit team in executing audit assignments, evaluating internal controls, and ensuring compliance with company policies, procedures. The role is designed to groom fresh graduates into future professionals capable of identifying risks, recommending improvements, and contributing to operational efficiency in a fast-paced FMCG environment.

• Assist in planning and executing internal audit assignments across functions such as procurement, production, inventory, sales, distribution, and finance.
• Support in testing internal controls and verifying compliance with company policies and standard operating procedures (SOPs).
• Draft initial working papers, audit observations, and reports for review by senior audit staff
• Assist in following up on implementation of corrective actions and audit recommendations
• Maintain confidentiality and integrity in handling sensitive information
• Participate in physical stock counts, surprise checks, and verification of assets at plant and warehouse locations

What we’re looking for

• Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Accounting, Finance
• Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
