MECHANICAL BIM MODELER Jobs In Dubai 2023 | Duncan & Ross

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Create 3D BIM Models.
• Coordinate all aspects for mechanical system.
• Update the BIM model in a biweekly or monthly basis
• Perform clash detection and resolve all clashes.
• Manage and coordinate external 3D presentations to the client.
• Revit modeling for mechanical, electrical, and plumbing disciplines.
• Work under direction of design professionals and BIM manager.
• Ensure construction documents accuracy based on discipline Revit modeling.
• Collaborate and coordinate with other disciplines design-changes and model challenges.
• Adhere to Revit project workflow criteria.
• Follow Revit content standards and development procedures.
• May take the lead on developing some discipline-specific Revit modeling content for project.
• Print drawing sets for professional teams and participate in discipline reviews.
• Prepare own discipline model and/or content for Revit coordination meetings.
• Ability to export DWF and other formats for collaboration internally and externally.

KNOWLEDGE & EXPERIENCE:

• 5 years of minimum experience.
• Excellent understanding of BIM procedures, strategies, and workflow.
• Proficient in Revit is a must.
• Experience with Navis works or Synchro or any other competitive software would be a plus.
• Design experience would be desirable
• Strong written, verbal communication in English is essential
