We are hiring Production Assistant Manager-Frozen Food

Key Responsibilities:

Alright, so here’s the deal—you’ll basically be the go-to person running the show at the plant. We’re talking everything from making sure the daily grind in production and manufacturing doesn’t go off the rails, to dreaming up and putting into play new policies that actually make sense (no more “that’s how we’ve always done it” nonsense).

You’re gonna have to keep an eye on how things are running—think: tweaking processes to squeeze out more productivity, keeping quality on point, and, yeah, making sure no one loses a finger or something. Safety first, always.

Tracking targets? That’s on you. If the facility’s numbers aren’t looking too hot, you’ll know why and what to do about it. Also, SOPs—those standard operating procedures everyone loves to ignore until something explodes—you’ll be the person making sure they exist and people actually follow them.

Key Requirements:

Don’t even think about applying unless you’ve got a Master’s in Food Science & Tech. Not negotiable. Oh, and we’re not looking for someone fresh outta college—you need at least 3-5 years running ops in a frozen food plant. Not just any food plant, either—frozen snacks and veggies specifically. If your resume screams “frozen samosas and peas,” we wanna see it.

Big bonus if you know the ins and outs of HACCP, BRC, and ISO standards (and, honestly, if you don’t, then what have you been doing this whole time?). ERP experience is a must. And if you can’t tell your blast freezers from your spiral freezers, just keep scrolling.

Basically: If you live and breathe frozen food manufacturing and actually get a kick out of making things run smoother, faster, and safer—this is your gig.
