Description:
To be successful in this role you must have strong years of experience in Pumps castings production – Melting production ( Pump casing, Impeller (Bronze).. etc)
Job Requirements:
- Strong Knowledge about Gray cast iron, Spheroidal graphite and Bronze Castings Melt preparation grade wise.
- Experience in Induction furnace Melting (like Electrotherm) and Pouring of the Metal in Lip Pouring and Tea spout ladle
- Knowledge of Metallurgical and chemical analysis, knowledge of equipment spectrometer, CE meter , metallurgical microscope with image analyzer, & Physical testing – micro / brinnel hardness tester m/c, knowledge of calibration activity of instruments etc.
- Strong Knowledge about raw material Consumption requirement as per charge calculation required for Material grade.
- Experience in the Lining of the Induction Furnace for Refractory Lining with Silica ramming mass and Neutral lining.
