Description:
- Experienced as a Projects Execution / Operations Manager with a reputed MEP Specialist Contractor or within the MEP Team of a Tier I Main Contractor or a RE Developer.
- Full- life-cycle Hospitality Projects experience in Maldives would be a huge plus.
- Candidates willing to be based in Maldives.
- Work with project teams for carrying out various MEP designs, documentation and project monitoring and management activities.
- Coordinate with Design Managers, Project Managers, Construction Managers (onsite) to collate and analyse periodic reports to help understand project performance against MEP standards and drive remedial actions.
- Interface with other departments in relation to all DAMAC’s MEP activities on allocated projects as required.
- Oversee and advise on the MEP estimates prepared by the QS/Cost Control and collate and analyze periodic cost reports to monitor cost performance
- Work with project teams for carrying out various MEP designs, documentation and project monitoring and management activities.
