We are looking for Agronomist Location: Faisalabad

Qualifications

• Proven experience with agriculture farms
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Agriculture Sciences

Knowledge and skills

• In depth knowledge of soil science
• Understanding of Agriculture Economics
• Keen interest in regenerative and sustainable farming (training will be provided)
• Strong leadership skills and the ability to work well with diverse teams
• Excellent oral and written communication skills

Key Responsibilities and Duties To assist in achieving project objectives through;

• Supervise daily farm operations across multiple sites (Faisalabad, Pattoki, Pakpattan, and others).
• Plan and manage crop rotations, fodder, livestock integration, and soil health programs.
• Ensure that application of seeding, fertility and pesticide occurs when weather conditions are optimal.
• Scout fields for weed, insects, disease and nutrition issues.
• Introduce and scale regenerative practices: cover crops, composting, organic amendments, no-till systems, natural pest management.
• Lead and train farm staff, ensuring efficiency and accountability.
• Manage field trials, plant physiology and irrigation practices.
• Gather, compile, analyze and interpret test results and prepare progress reports.
• Coordinate with consultants and experts for innovative practices and continuous learning.
• Maintain operational records, budgets, and ROI reports for all sites.
• Assist with agronomic budgeting and cost monitoring.
• Interact with suppliers, applicators and agronomy laboratories.
