We are looking for Area Sales Manager – General Trade Based in Peshawar

Qualifications

• 8-10 years of relevant experience in FMCG industry
• Must have Bachelors or equivalent HEC recognized degree

Knowledge and skills

• Key Requirements
• Must be a Go-Getter
• Must have experience covering GT segment for tea sales in Karachi
• Knowledge of trade universe and channels
• Ability to analyze factors and assess risk
• Ability to exhibit strong decision-making
• Ability to manage one’s own time and organization
• Ability to manage strong oral or written communication abilities;

Key Responsibilities and Duties

To assist in achieving departmental objectives through;

• Meeting monthly volume and collection targets
• Overseeing distributions and managing Field Force
• Ensuring effective brand Market presence
• Control team performance and ensure metrics are reported
• Motivate team
• Identify training needs of individuals and coach them
• Respond to team feedback and remedy problems and confrontations
• Identify high performance and reinforce achievement
