We are looking for an insightful, detail-oriented analyst to work with our internal departments and management team as they collect and review data and use findings to optimize processes and develop stronger, more effective business strategies. The analyst will use creativity and technical skills to locate data sources, mine, review, validate, protect, and store data, identify trends, patterns, and anomalies, and use findings to develop strategies to reduce costs, improve processes and practices, and increase efficiency, quality, security, and consistency. You will also create reports and presentations and summarize complex information.

Responsibilities:

  • Quantitative & Qualitative analysis with a product/segment management perspective to identify specific gaps and opportunities for further strategy formulation
  • STL Tracking
  • Track Mortgage vendor payment and ensure vendors are paid on time after checking the disbursal and sales details
  • CRM Activity tracking and publishing the report regularly
  • Conduct special studies for strategic planning & budgeting process and business development for segment strategy formulation.
  • Identification / extraction and building of marketing-friendly databases to meet segment/product management requirements.
  • Provide technical and objective critique of the regional business performance.
  • Coordinate all related activities with retention unit/CRM.
  • Monitoring of competition.

Requirements:

  • Understanding of the key profitability drivers.
  • Detail orientation and analytical capabilities.
  • High level of analytical, report writing, presentation and PC skills.
  • Experience in databases with fair knowledge of Data Warehousing concepts, application and complexity.
  • Knowledge of statistical tools such as:
  • MS Office Professional.
  • Business Objects.
