Mughal Energy Limited is hiring an experienced Manager — Administration & External Stakeholder Relations (Legal Liaison). This is an operational administration role focused on institutional and legal liaison across law-enforcement, courts, environmental authorities, social security, EOBI, municipal/utility authorities and other government stakeholders.

Core purpose
To act as Mughal Energy’s principal operational interface with external institutions (Police, District Administration, Courts, Environmental Protection Departments, EOBI, Social Security, Labour Departments, municipal / utility authorities, etc.), manage routine and escalated legal matters, and ensure timely administrative follow-ups and compliance actions so business operations are not disrupted.

Qualifications & experience
Education: Masters with LLB (required). LLM or additional diploma in governance/legal practice desirable.

Experience: 10–12 years, with at least 4–6 years in administration, government relations or legal-liaison roles in industrial, energy, or large manufacturing environments. Direct experience liaising with Police, Courts, Environmental Protection, EOBI and Social Security departments is essential.
Skills: strong legal drafting, stakeholder management, methodical recordkeeping, ability to manage external counsel and lead cross-functional coordination.
