Mughal Energy Limited (yeah, that Mughal Group) wants someone sharp for their Manager HSE gig. They’re not after some average Joe—they want someone who actually cares about health, safety, and all that environmental jazz. You’ll basically be the go-to person for making sure everyone plays by the rules—legal stuff, international standards, even the company’s own weird policies. If you like ticking boxes and bossing people into not blowing things up (figuratively, hopefully), this one’s for you.

Key Responsibilities:

– Roll up your sleeves and build out HSE systems, policies, and whatever procedures keep people safe and audits off our backs.
– Stay on top of every rule, from local laws to ISO mumbo-jumbo, and make sure we’re not stepping out of line.
– Take the wheel on risk assessments, safety walkthroughs, and audits—yes, you’ll probably catch someone without a hard hat. Happens.
– Get people pumped about HSE—yeah, it’s possible—with trainings, events, and, honestly, some good old-fashioned nagging.
– When something goes sideways (and it will), you’ll dig in, figure out what happened, and stop it from happening again.
– Talk the talk with regulators, other teams, and whoever else pops up.

Requirements:

– Bachelor’s in Engineering or Environmental Science. Master’s? Even better, but not a dealbreaker.
– NEBOSH, IOSH, Lead Auditor cert—don’t have these? Sorry, gotta have ‘em.
– 8–10 years in power or energy, ideally with IPP or powerhouse experience. We want someone who’s been in the trenches, not just reading manuals.
– You gotta lead, think on your feet, and actually talk to people like a human.
