Mughal Iron & Steel Industries Limited is seeking a highly experienced and detail-oriented HR professional for the position of Senior Executive HR (Operations). This role requires strong hands-on expertise in HR operations with mandatory proficiency in FlowHCM.

🔹 Key Responsibilities

• Daily HR tasks are accurate and in accordance with the rules
• Attendance system and its verification every month
• Operating the FlowHCM periodic system
• Medicaid work (enrollment, claims, and renewals)
• Maintaining and recovering employee loans and advances
• Completing the performance appraisal process
• Completing new employee onboarding and paperwork
• Maintaining all employee files (paper and spirit) complete and updated
• Making final settlements, gratuity, and leave encashment for resigning employees
• Maintaining HR data accuracy in FlowHCM, generating reports, and ensuring compliance with regulations

🔹 Candidate Requirements

• Must have at least 8 years of relevant HR experience.
• Full proficiency in FlowHCM is a must
• Strong grasp of HR and labor laws
• High standards of accuracy, confidentiality, and responsibility in work
• Excellent coordination and communication skills
