Mughal Iron & Steel Industries Limited is seeking a highly experienced and detail-oriented HR professional for the position of Senior Executive HR (Operations). This role requires strong hands-on expertise in HR operations with mandatory proficiency in FlowHCM.

🔹 Key Responsibilities:

• Manage daily HR work

   

• Handle attendance and leave system

   

• Oversee medical insurance process
• Maintain records of employee loans and advances

   

• Manage performance appraisal process

   

• Onboard new employees and complete documentation

   

• Maintain employee files (hard and soft).

   

• Processing final settlement, gratuity and leave cash

   

• HR data update and correct breakdown in FlowHCM

🔹 Candidate Requirements:

• Minimum 8 years of relevant HR experience
• Mandatory proficiency in FlowHCM
• Strong command over HR operations and labor law compliance
• High level of accuracy, confidentiality, and ownership
• Excellent coordination and communication skills
