Open Position: Manager Leasing & Contracts

Requirements:

• Define and formalize lease terms, rental rates, and payment schedules for tenants.
• Draft, review, negotiate, and execute various contractual agreements.
• Plan and secure operational locations within approved timelines and budgets.
• Ensure prompt processing of payments to landowners and relevant government authorities.
• Monitor contract performance and manage close-out, renewal, or extension processes.
• Maintain effective administrative control and strong working relationships with depots and landlords.
• Track, follow up, and take necessary action on location-related complaints and applications.
• Prepare and coordinate rent payment schedules in line with rental agreements.
• Manage all correspondence and documentation pertaining to contracts.
• Oversee proper maintenance and management of fixed assets at all premises.
• Education: Graduate/Master’s Preferably In LLB.
• Skills: Communication, Negotiation, Conflict management, Decision Making, Problem-solving, People Management.
• Experience: 08-10 years, 4 to 5 years of relevant experience
• Knowledge: Property Laws, Leasing Contract, Rental Agreements
