RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Lead Kaizen, 5S, and Lean projects to improve processes and reduce costs.
• Track KPIs (efficiency, productivity, downtime, cost/unit) and perform time/motion studies.
• Optimize line balancing, resource allocation, and man-to-machine ratio.
• Develop SOPs, conduct operator training, and support capacity planning & layout design.
• Drive RCA, digitalization, and ensure compliance with safety, quality, and sustainability standards.

REQUIREMENT:

• Experience: 2-3 years with strong expertise in Lean tools including 5S, Kaizen, VSM, and Six Sigma.
• Qualification: Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering or related field.

Bara Board S.I.T.E Area, Karachi, PAKISTAN.
