POSITION DEPARTMENT QUALIFICATION & REQUIREMENTS

Officer/Assistant Manager, ORIC
So, you’ve got a Master’s or Bachelor’s in Business Admin, Management, Social Sciences, or something similar? Sweet. If you’ve clocked in at least a year or two doing the whole ORIC thing—think research management, project wrangling, grant writing, or getting schools and industries to actually talk to each other—you’re already halfway there. Experience in a not-totally-sketchy university or company is a big plus.

Officer/Executive, Marketing & Comms
Got a thing for SEO, digital marketing, and making brands pop online? If you’ve got the degree (again, Business Admin, Management, Social Sciences, etc.) plus a year or two in the game—especially messing around with analytics, keyword wizardry, link-building, and all that jazz—you’ll fit right in. Bonus points if you know your way around HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and can wrangle WordPress without breaking a sweat.

Industrial Liaison Officer, Student Affairs
This one’s for the folks who can actually talk to industry people without breaking into a cold sweat. Got a degree in the usual suspects (Business Admin, Management, Social Sciences)? If you’ve spent 1-2 years building partnerships, schmoozing with corporate types, or generally making universities and companies play nice, this gig’s calling your name.

Admission Officer, Student Affairs
If you’re the organized friend who always knows deadlines and can keep paperwork from turning into a dumpster fire, listen up. Degree in Business Admin, Management, Social Sciences, etc.? Check. A year or two handling admissions, student support, or academic admin at a legit university or company? Even better.

Data Analyst, Quality Enhancement Cell
Are spreadsheets your love language? Got a degree in Stats, Data Science, Analytics, Management Sciences, Social Sciences, or something equally number-crunchy? If you’ve got at least 1-2 years actually analyzing data or doing quality assurance, preferably in a university or big organization, you’ll vibe here.
