What your typical day will look like

• Drive full-cycle recruitment, build talent pipelines and lead employer branding initiatives.
• Oversee performance management; facilitate goal-setting, mid-year reviews, annual appraisals and manager coaching. Develop PMS dashboards and analyze data to identify performance trends and development needs.
• Conduct learning needs analysis and design learning initiatives with measurable ROI.
• Design employee engagement activities and HR analytics dashboards.
• Drive AI integration in HR, leveraging emerging technologies to enhance efficiency and data-driven decision-making.

What you need to succeed at this role

• MHRM/BBA/MBA with 4-5 years’ relevant experience
• Expertise in HR analytics, talent management frameworks, and OD interventions.
• Proactive individual with high emotional intelligence and integrity.
