Position: Branch Manager

What your typical day will look like

• Supervise and manage store’s sales team to achieve sales targets and business objectives
• Ensure delivery of excellent customer service and uphold brand’s service standards
• Oversee inventory management, including stock levels, replenishment, and loss prevention
• Maintain store’s appearance, ensure brand guidelines and implement company policies, procedures, and operational standards
• Ensure a safe, secure, and productive work environment for all staff members

What you need to succeed at this role

• Bachelor’s degree with sales and customer service expertise
• Proven ability to manage, motivate, and develop sales teams
• Commitment to a safe, secure, and customer-friendly environment
