Job Description
- To maintain positive relationships with consumers as well as other businesses and are tasked with developing and improving the local and regional image and reputation for the company.
- Contacting potential clients to establish rapport and arrange meetings.
- Planning and overseeing new marketing initiatives. Researching organizations and individuals to find new opportunities.
- Increasing the value of current customers while attracting new ones
- Understand client needs and develop plans to address them
- Identify key staff in client companies to cultivate profitable relationships
- Resolve customer complaints quickly and effective
- Promote high-quality sales, supply and customer service processes
- Aim to preserve customers and renew contracts
- Approach potential customers to establish relationships
- Gain solid knowledge of competitors
- Individual Hospital performance monitoring and develop marketing tools accordingly.
- Successful tie up with corporate and industries for their employee’s healthcare services.
- Planning, coordinating and implementing marketing collaterals for Hospital
- Maintain good relations with Insurance & TPAs for referral business
- Identify right corporates for Onsite clinic setup
- Conduct events for department promotions.

Minimum Education: Bachelor’s Degree
Preferred Education: Master’s Degree
Preferred Experience: 3-5 years business development experience preferably in a hospital set-up.
Excellent command of oral and written English. Knowledge in Arabic is desirable.
