Job Description:
ABOUT THE ROLE:
The ideal candidate will be excited about creating a consumer-focused marketplace in the real estate space, building new experiences from the ground up, comfortable with ambiguity, and have an owner’s mentality.
Requirements:
- Minimum 4 years hands-on experience in User Experience and User Interface Design for web applications or mobile applications.
- A portfolio that demonstrates your approach to projects, storytelling, and an ability to bring your ideas to life
- Experience designing and conducting user research, including contextual inquiry and usability testing
- Must be a team player with strong analytical skills to understand and translate business requirements to system UI/UX requirements.
- Familiarity with technical issues and ability to work constructively with engineering teams
- Ability to work independently, prioritize, and solve problems proactively
- Awareness of current trends in experience design and user interface design
- Full fluency in Figma and Adobe Creative Suite
- Bonus: Experience in e-commerce, proptech, or fintech
