NutriCo Morinaga, a top player in the FMCG and food production market, is on the lookout for a committed and skilled Team Lead for Production Operations at its Sheikhupura Plant. This position is perfect for individuals with a chemical engineering degree and practical experience in the food or FMCG sectors, who are ready to guide and manage the production staff to achieve uninterrupted, effective, and qualitative manufacturing operations.

The chosen applicant will be invovled in a significant way in the oversee of production teams, assuring adherence to the established processes, and keeping up with the productivity of the operations along with maintaining the quality and safety standards of NutriCo Morinaga.

Key Responsibilities

• The daily operations at the Sheikhupura Plant will be efficiently guided and controlled by the production teams under your responsibility.

   

• The cooperation and supervision of the production processes will be conducted in such a manner that the goals for output, quality, and efficiency will be achieved.

   

• The implementation and maintenance of the standards for operating procedures (SOPs) and best practices for production will take place.

   

• Safety, hygiene, and quality standards will be adhered to in all operations.

   

• The analysis of operational bottlenecks will be done and the suggestions to improve the productivity will be given.

   

• The team development, the training, and the performance monitoring will be facilitated.

   

• Increased collaboration with the quality assurance, maintenance, and planning departments will result in seamless production workflows.

Qualifications & Experience

• Education: master’s or bachelor’s degree in Chemical Engineering from a university that is recognized by HEC

   

• Experience: two to three years in fast-moving consumer goods or food production factories with practical control and coordination of the process of the team

   

• Capacity shown to take production teams and handle the challenges of operations management

Skills & Competencies

• Strong leadership, team management, and interpersonal skills

• Good knowledge of production planning, process optimization, and quality control

• Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced manufacturing environment

• Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and coordination skills
