As an Office Assistant, you will have the following responsibilities:

  • Office care: Organizing, maintaining the space and office supply; meeting guests; preparing tea, coffee, lunch
  • Documentation: legal documents, business operations documents, data entry, invoices, orders, printing etc.
  • Research
  • Assistance to the founders: personal assistance, daily schedule and email management assistance
  • Office representative: answer inquiries, phone calls and emails

Requirements

  • Must be energetic
  • Must have good communication skills (verbal and written)
  • Accurate at work
  • Attentive to details, with good memory
  • Accommodating
  • Highly responsible
  • Should be focused on the end result and not the process – Able to work well under limited supervision.
  • A minimum of 2 years of office administrative experience or related field.
  • Dubai based only, work from office.
